How can I hear the audio?

At first I could hear the audio but now that has stopped. How can I fix it?

    Thank you for your message.

    To be able to listen to your recorded heart beats, the alternative "Robust recording mode" must be deactivated. The robust recording mode might have been activated due to interference from other wireless products, for example.

    To deactivate this mode, go to 'My Coala' in your Coala App and scroll down to 'Robust recording mode'. You have to do a new recording to be able to hear the audio.
