My Coala is Having Trouble Connecting To My Phone via Bluetooth, What Can I Do?

If this is not your first time connecting Coala to your phone, access the phones' Bluetooth settings to ensure that it is connected to the Coala. Once you have done this you can do a reset of the Coala.

To reset the Coala, start by putting the Coala in the charger and make sure that the charger is connected to the outlet. If the Coala is charging, the light should be blinking blue. Hold the on/off-button for 8 seconds and then let go. When you remove the Coala from the charging station, the light should flash green 3 times every second. You can now try to reconnect with the Bluetooth setting.

If this does not work, follow instructions to perform a factory reset.
