Why is it Different Scales on Thumb and Breast Recordings?

The scales are different because they have different amplitudes.

The thumb recording has an amplitude of ca 1mV, which makes a scale of -2 to +2 an appropriate scale.

The chest recording has an amplitude of ca 0.25 mV, which makes a scale of -0.5 to +0.5 an appropriate scale.
